Most Naive Fanbase, Volume 2, A Rod Fanbase
Filed under: Most Naive Fanbase, Steroid Trainer Angel Presinal
Our Most Naive Fanbase column is back. This week, The A Rod fanbase takes the cake. A Rod has continued to produce lie after lie, yet some of his fans believe him to the end. He has been through a very rough off season with issues including Kabbalah, Madonna, divorce, Katie, Peter Gammons, A Fraud and Steroids.
How can any honest fan believe a word A Rod says. Each and every day, a New York newspaper reveals another lie that A Rod has told reporters. There was no mention of a cousin to Peter Gammons, but this cousin suddenly appears at the Yankee spring training press conference. Then there is news that Angel Presinal has direct connections with A Rod. Once again, this name has not been mentioned by Rodriguez himself. Mr. Rodriguez, you were paying up to $10,000 a night for this individual to stay in the same hotel as you during the season. Wouldn’t you think someone would uncover this?
A Rod, it is too late. You lies have tarnished your legacy and you will never be able to pull yourself out of this mess. It is likely that you are going to pull down many other Dominican All Stars as well as they have direct links to your steroid trainer Angel Presinal. Some of the names you could involve include:
David Ortiz
Pedro Martinez
Robinson Cano
Vladimir Guerrero
Bartolo Colon
Juan Gonzalez
Adrian Beltre
Miguel Tejada
Ruben Sierra
Moises Alou
Jose Reyes
A Rod fans, stop being so naive. It is quite obvious that he was using steroids his entire career and it would not be surprising if he was STILL using some form of ‘roids. Angel Presinal is reported to have travelled with A Rod during his 2007 MVP year, so why would that have changed in 2008? A Rod, you are a fraud and you have repeatedly lied to us. This cannot be undone and you have lost all respect from the American public. We can only hope that your statement is true. “Major League Baseball is bigger than Alex Rodriguez.” This is going to be a huge black eye for Major League Baseball for a very long time. A Rod, you single handly will put Major League Baseball into a financial disaster.
Vladimir Guerrero, David Ortiz and Pedro Martinez linked to Steroid Trainer Angel Presinal
We are slowly learning that MANY of the Dominican MLB All Stars have a connection to steroid trainer Angel Presinal. The names that have surfaced so far include:
Alex Rodriguez
David Ortiz
Pedro Martinez
Robinson Cano
Vladimir Guerrero
Bartolo Colon
Juan Gonzalez
Adrian Beltre
Miguel Tejada
Ruben Sierra
Moises Alou
Jose Reyes
It is amazing to see how many Dominican baseball All Stars have connections to this guy. It makes a lot of sense as many of these players had HUGE home run years that came out of nowhere. Many more names will come out of this and it would be very surprising is ANY Dominican All-Star is NOT affiliated with steroid trainer Angel Presinal.
Robinson Cano made the statement, “Every Dominican knows him.”

A Rod Suspended by MLB, Yankees?
Filed under: Steroid Trainer Angel Presinal, Uncategorized
Colin Cowherd broke the story today that A Rod could possibly be suspended for hanging out with Angel Presinal who has been banned from MLB clubhouses. Apparently Presinal stayed in the same hotel as A Rod but in seperate rooms with A Rod’s cousin, Yuri Sucart. A source states that Presinal is “an unsavory character.” Colin feels that A Rod has ruined his entire image and career. This Angel Presinal guy is a very bad dude and was kicked out of MLB clubhouses. A Rod paid for this guy to travel all around the country with him, sometimes up to $100,000, during his 2007 MVP season with the Yankees.
This is the hot shoe and we are the shoe company, you have to put it in the window. Think of A Rod’s off season – Madonna, Kabola, Divorce, Tell All Book, A Fraud, Katie, Gammons and then this. This is bad.
A caller tried to compare A Rod to Micheal Phelps as far as exposure of the story. Colin made the statement, “Swimming is floating and making sure you don’t end up at the bottom of the pool. My daughter could get a scholly to Pepperdine to swim and I wouldn’t go to a meet. I’ll meet you at Applebee’s after the meet across campus.”
A Rod’s Cousin: Is He a Surgeon?

Colin Cowherd had a great take on how unbelievable A Rod’s press conference was. Hannah Storm likened the press conference to a political event in Washington, DC. It was very orchestrated and seemed scripted. Alex stuck with his message that he was, young, stupid and naive. Supposedly he got the substance off the street in the Domincan Republic from a cousin who then injected him. Why wouldn’t A Rod question these substances if they were bought “off the street” in the Dominican Republic? You are going to trust a cousin to inject you with something? I wouldn’t trust a cousin to mail a letter!
Colin makes the point that it seems that only sports figures have cousins with fine tuned skills. All of Colin’s cousins show up at his house, eat all his food, pee on the floor, and then leave. How is it that A Rod happens to find this cousin in the Domincan Republic who can find steriods AND successfully inject them. Is he a surgeon? What other substances does he have access to? Is he the Surgeon General at the best hospital in the Dominican?
It is all phony baloney and A Rod whiffed on his story. The DR is not the place to get a substance if you are the richest athlete in America. Nine days ago he didn’t have a cousin and today he does. Where do these cousins come from, Craig’s List? Am I expected to believe that his cousin became a Colombian cartel chief injecting him like a surgeon?
A Rod made the statement he was 24 when he did it, but he was actually 26, 27 and 28. Also, athletes always pull out God when it is convenient and this is exactly what A Rod did. He feels that God put him in the position to help out kids so they don’t make the mistakes he did. A Rod also claimed that Selena Roberts broke into his house while his children were sleeping when he spoke with Peter Gammons. During the press conference he stated it was just a misunderstanding of a police report from Selena Roberts. There is a HUGE difference A Rod.
A Rod stated that he didn’t know the substance was illegal. Why would you go to the Domican Republic if you didn’t think the substance was illegal. You expect us to believe this? He got a drug he had never heard of from a cousin with no medical background, injected it for three years and had no idea what the substance was; is this believable? We were born at night, but we weren’t born lastnight A Rod.
Only Brian Cashman was believable. He stated the fact that no matter what A Rod shouldn’t have done it and it is his fault and he should have to deal with the consequences.
Memo to the Yankees, Keep Damon away from reporters after the “murder” comment.
What Would You Ask A Rod?
Today, Colin is asking listeners to submit what questions they would ask A Rod. Colin made the statement that the best question is not the smartest question, but the question that receives the best answer. We will follow up with some of the best questions that the listeners submitted. What would YOU ask A Rod?
Dennis is Florida “What should I tell my nieces and nephews that are involved in sports?”
Mike in Coco Beach “Was any of your motivation to take steroids motivation to make your body more appealing to Jeter?”
Tim in San Luis Obispo “What do you think Madonna thinks about when she is kissing you? Sean Penn or Britney Spears”
